A 26-year-old man is in hospital after being shot on Naperville’s far west side Thursday afternoon. At approximately 1:36pm Thursday, Naperville police officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Inland Circle where they located a twenty-six-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Naperville Fire Department personnel arrived on scene and transported the victim to a local hospital. The offender, who police believe knows the victim, is believed to have fled the area.
