Naper Settlement’s annual Naper Nights Community Concert Series will finish off the 2021 season with tributes to the Rolling Stones, Phish, and more on September 17-18 from 5-10 p.m. Naper Nights features the area’s best tribute bands performing music from the 1960s to today. Elgin police responded to the area of Clock Tower Plaza in Elgin this morning following a report of shots fired. At approximately 2:07am, police arrived and identified evidence of a shooting. No injuries or property damage has been reported at this time. This is the 43rd reported incident of gunfire in Elgin this year.
