Che Figata’s Sausage & Fennel Neapolitan Pizza is among a selection of Neopolitan pizzas introduced with the restaurants 2025 menu update. Its handcrafted pizza dough is stretched thin and topped with Italian sausage, mozzarella, fennel and thinly sliced red onion before being baked in true Neapolitan style for 60-90 seconds at 900 degrees in our brick, wood-burning oven, resulting in a perfectly browned, crispy crust. Topped with a drizzle of truffled mascarpone creme to melt into the pie and a dusting of fresh ground smoked black pepper, it’s ready to serve.
