Gem Of the Fox
German Style Kolsch 5.5% ABV. Gem of the Fox is a German style Kolsch beer that offers a delightful balance of crisp maltiness and refreshingly subtle hop character. The flavor is light and crisp, with a pleasingly smooth finish. Gem of the Fox is perfect for summertime drinking and celebrates everything “fun” along the Fox River and connecting lakes. It also pays homage to our brewery’s location (the Village of Algonquin) which was historically referred to as the “Gem of the Fox River Valley”
