New Beer Release!!11Brother Chimp Brewing has a new table beer out!! Introducing 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗺𝗽-𝗼-𝗽𝗼𝗴𝗼𝗻, a delightful Belgian-inspired table beer, brewed with the addition of makrut lime leaves & lemongrass. This unique brew is a testament to the Wallonian farm workers of Belgium, who would enjoy this low abv style over the course of a work day, often brewed with local flora.

In previous years we have added rose hips & hibiscus, chamomile flowers & elderflowers. For this version of our table beer, we utilize makrut lime leaves & lemongrass as the botanical components, each providing a delicate citrus quality, as well as a touch of floral aroma. The flavors are a fusion of a light Belgian ale with elements of Southeast Asian cuisine. The finish is dry and effervescent, which allows the adjuncts to shine in this refreshing and approachable patio beer. ABV: 3.9%.
