An Elgin man has received a sentence of seven years in prison for disseminating and possessing child pornography. Kane County State’s Attorney Jamie L. Mosser announced Thursday that 65-year-old Steven J. Young agreed to a sentence of seven years in exchange for a guilty plea to the offense of child pornography – disseminating, victim younger than 13, Class X felony. Judge John A. According to TMZ, sources indicate that paramedics were called for a medical emergency at Butkus’ residence in Malibu, California early this afternoon local time.
