A 51-year-old Naperville woman will remain in custody after her arrest in the shooting death of man in an Oakbrook Terrace hotel Saturday evening. A Montgomery man has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13 on multiple occassions over an 18-month period. Kane County State’s Attorney Jamie L. Mosser announced Friday that 40-year-old Gerardo Silva has agreed to a sentence of 26 years of imprisonment in the Illinois Department of Corrections in exchange for a guilty plea to the offense of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child, a Class X felony (2 counts). An Aurora man been put on electronic home monitoring after being charged with chid pornography. Yesterday, Kane County State’s Attorney Jamie Mosser announced that a 21-year old Aurora man has been charged with Child pornography, a Class X felony (11 counts) and Child pornography, a Class 2 felony (10 counts). According to prosectors, prior to May 22, 2023, the accused disseminated and possessed multiple child pornography videos and images.
