Davidoff currently appears on HBO’s Crashing and NBC’s Shades of Blue with Jennifer Lopez and Ray Liotta. He’s been seen on The Tonight Show and Late Night with Jimmy Kimmel as well as a lead role alongside Mark Wahlberg in the Movie Invincible. The Elgin Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in its investigation of a fatal hit-and-run incident earlier this month. On the evening of March 8th, just after 7:00pm, 35-year-old Mayra G. Mendoza was struck by a 2007 GMC and a 2018 Nissan on State Street near Airport Road. Mendoza was transported to an area hospital where she succumbed to her injuries. An Aurora man was found guilty in the 2020 strangling death of Natalie Jimenez, his 20-year-old girlfriend and mother of his 3-year-old child. Kane County State’s Attorney Jamie Mosser announced Friday that Getzuri Arellano, 24, was found guilty of first degree murder after a bench trial in front of David Kliment. In the early morning hours of December 9, 2020, Arellano secretly went through Jimenez’ cell phone while she slept and found entries which upset him and made him question her fidelity. Authorities have announced that a woman seriously injured in a collision at an Naperville Wednesday has succumbed to her injuries while in hospital. She was 88 years of age. At approximately 11:10am, the Naperville Police and Fire Departments were dispatched to the intersection of 95th Street and Plainfield/Naperville Road for a crash involving two vehicles. An unusual number of fraud cases involving cryptocurrency reported since the end of February has prompted Naperville police to issue a warning. The message is straightforward: beware of people you’ve never met in person asking for money or personal information.
