A chiropractor practicing in Campton Hills is in custody for allegedly sexually assaulting one his of patients. The 49-year-old South Elgin man has been charged by Kane County State’s Attorney Jamie L. Mosser with the offenses of Criminal sexual assault, class 1 felony, 2 counts; Criminal sexual abuse, class 4 felony, 2 counts; and Battery, class A misdemeanor, 2 counts. It is alleged that on December 20, 2023, the suspect sexually assaulted a patient of his at his chiropractic office in Campton Hills.
