A 29-year-old Cortland woman was killed early Wednesday evening when the motorcycle she was riding as a passenger collided with an SUV on Butterfield Road in Aurora. According to Aurora police, at around 5:02pm Wednesday a 2021 Chevrolet Suburban was traveling eastbound on Butterfield Road and attempted to make a U-turn in the roadway. While turning, a 1990 Harley Davidson motorcycle traveling eastbound on Butterfield Road was unable to stop and struck the driver’s side of the vehicle. A Chicago man is in custody after being arrested for allegedly selling cocaine in the Naperville area. After a three month invesigation into alleged cocaine sales in the Naperville area, on Wednesday afternoon Naperville police arrested a 28-year-old man in the 5600 block of Abbey Drive in Lisle. The suspect has been charged with three counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance (two Class X felonies and one Class 1 felony). No information about the suspect’s next court appearance was provided.
