A man was shot and hospitalized on the northwest side of Naperville early yesterday morning. The identity of the victim has not been released. At approximately 12:16 a.m. monday morning, Naperville Police Department officers responded to the 700 block of Inland Circle for the report of a subject that had been shot. The Naperville Fire Department transported the victim to the hospital and his injuries are believed to be non-life threatening. A Gilberts man has been arrested and charged with Attempted First Degree Murder and other crimes in connection with a May 20th shooting incident in Elgin.
