Kendall County State’s Attorney Eric Weis announced that Miguel Ortega-Uribe (dob: 05/07/1994, 212 Keck Ave) of Aurora, Illinois was sentenced to six years in the Illinois Department of Corrections by Judge Robert Pilmer for Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance as part of a negotiated plea agreement. According to Weis, Ortega-Uribe was arrested in December of 2018 after a month-long investigation by the Kendall County Cooperative Police Assistance Team (CPAT). During the investigation, Ortega-Uribe delivered over 25 grams of cocaine to an undercover agent outside a business in Oswego. Ortega-Uribe was arrested and taken into custody without incident.
