Constantino Vasquez-Juan is still at large 38-year-old Constantino Vasquez-Juan of Carpentersville has been sentenced to 45 years of imprisonment in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the sexual abuse and exploitation of a child. Casquez-Juan is currently at large and was charged in absentia. On Nov. 2, 2021, a Kane County jury convicted Vasquez-Juan of the offenses of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, Class 2 felony, 15 counts, and grooming, Class 4 felony.
