Unbroken King
The unbroken King red wine is a quintessential expression of modern, new world elegance, designed to captivate and charm with every sip. This medium-bodied, dry red wine introduces itself with enticing aromas of vanilla, red berries, and black cherries, suggesting a rich and inviting olfactory experience.

As you taste, the unbroken King unfolds a delightful palette of flavors, including the sweet and sumptuous notes of ripe raspberry, chocolate, and cherry. These flavors are beautifully integrated, thanks to the medium oak flavor that adds a refined woodiness, enhancing the overall structure and complexity of the wine without overwhelming its delightful fruitiness.

Ideal for a variety of dining occasions, from sophisticated dinner parties to casual gatherings, the unbroken King pairs wonderfully with everything from spiced lamb dishes to rich chocolate desserts. It’s also perfect for enjoying on its own, making any moment more special. Experience the regal presence and lush richness of The Unbroken King, a truly majestic wine.

2023 Cabernet Sauvignon
From the quiet, sun-warmed vineyards of Chile’s Maipo Valley, Lynfred Winery’s 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon steps forward with the sort of self-assured elegance that only mountain-born fruit can muster. Sourced from Huelquén and shaped by the region’s signature recipe—pure Andes meltwater, long sunny days, crisp evenings, and a reliable whisper of valley breeze—the wine is built on an expressive blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Tempranillo, and 5% Carménère. Its deep ruby hue hints at the richness to come, while aromas of cassis, blackberry, rose petal, fresh-cracked pepper, and savory herbs set the stage. On the palate, it broadens with polished confidence: plum and black currant meet vanilla, sweet baking spices, and dried herbs, carried by a full body and ripened tannins that glide into a smooth, elegant finish. Aged 16 months in French oak, it captures Maipo’s soul with both structure and grace. On the table, it’s a natural with grilled ribeye, prime rib, roasted pork chops, lamb, and generous boards of charcuterie. Aged Cheddar, Gruyère, and Gouda, in particular, cozy up beautifully to its rich, savory charm—proving once again that Lynfred’s commitment to craftsmanship can make even the boldest Cabernet feel effortlessly refined. This wine will be available to the public on March 1, 2026. $27.
