The Lovettes, a Chicago-based trio, will perform this Saturday, November 1, at the Hemmens Cultural Center Main Stage Theatre In Elgin.
The trio pay homage to the golden era of music by celebrating female icons and girl groups from the 40s, 50s, and 60s in their show-stopping performance. The Lovettes, with their internationally acclaimed act spanning over a decade, bring their unique twist to the women who shaped Rock and Roll, performing across the US, Canada, and Europe. They have graced The David Letterman Show and PBS’s Doo-Wop Generations, earning endorsements from pop queens Beverly Lee (of The Shirelles) and Judy Craig (of The Chiffons).
