Hefe’n It
Bavarian Style Hefeweizen 4.8% ABV. One of the most recognizable beer styles, distinctive wheat malt, unique yeast, and an uncharacteristic appearance makes HEFE’N IT an extremely unique brew. The yeast is the true star in this beer, giving it banana aromas with clove spice backgrounds. Those aromas of the banana are not overpowering and meld beautifully with the sweet malt; you’ll be licking your lips before they touch the glass. The malty flavors give way to a subtle clove spice at the end. Full bodied, refreshing, hazy with a rich head of foam; truly a beer for beer lovers and those looking for that introduction into beer.

Humpenscrump Hefeweizen
5.2% ABV. We really like alliteration and classic words, so when we learned that a medieval stringed instrument known as a Humpenscrump existed, we had to match it with a Hefeweizen. Brewed with 100% German malt, wheat, hops, and yeast, this beer is super smooth, soft, and clean with no discernible bitterness. A light sweetness and notes of banana and clove make this perfect on a hot, sunny day.

Happy Tuesday is a 7.77% Hazy DIPA brewed with Citra, El Dorado, Amarillo and Nectaron hops. Much like our friend, this beer has a radiant golden glow and a touch of sweetness.
A portion of the proceeds from this beer will go to the Rover Rescue Adoption Network.

Chimp-o-pogon (chimp-ahp-uh-gone)
Style: Table Beer with lime leaves and lemongrass. ABV: 3.9%. Introducing Chimp-o-pogon by Brother Chimp Brewing, a delightful Belgian-inspired table beer, brewed with the addition of makrut lime leaves and lemongrass. This unique brew is a testament to the Wallonian farm workers of Belgium, who would enjoy this low abv style over the course of a work day, often brewed with local flora.
For this version of our table beer, we utilize makrut lime leaves and lemongrass as the botanical components, each providing a delicate citrus quality, as well as a touch of floral aroma. The flavors are a fusion of a light Belgian ale with elements of southeast asian cuisine. The finish is dry and effervescent, which allows the adjuncts to shine in this refreshing and approachable patio beer.
