Crafted from a vibrant trio—Syrah (45%), Cabernet Sauvignon (35%), and Barbera (20%)—this blushing beauty begins with a gentle 24-hour skin contact maceration. Employing the classic Saignée technique, the winemakers remove a portion of the must, enriching the red wine’s depth while preserving a luminous juice destined for rosé. Cold filtration and a white wine-style fermentation follow, sealing in the wine’s signature floral bouquet and lively fruit tones.
In the glass, it shimmers salmon pink, with aromas of roses, peach, strawberry, and citrus floating like a spring breeze. On the palate, it’s a delicate dance of peach and red berries, finishing with a zesty grapefruit kick and a whisper of rose.
