    Che Figata Brick-Roasted Chicken
    Che Figata’s Brick-Roast Chicken is first cooked through a process called sous vide, which ensures tenderness and juciness, before it is crisped in Che Figata’s woodfire brick oven. It’s served year-round with seasonal sides and pictured here with house-made giardiniera made from local produce, including some from the Chef’s Garden at CityGate Centre, and Jordan potatoes.

    Mr. Sachin Patel and Mr. Purvish Patel emigrated from India 27 years ago and have over 23 years of experience in the craft beer industry and their passion for beer is only supplanted by their love for the culinary arts. We offer a wide variety of pub fair, but are known for serving some of India’s most icon dishes. Scratch-made from a recipe near and dear to their hearts is our Tikka Masala, a classic Indian dish served with chicken or paneer and accompanied by vegetable briyani and warm naan bread.
