The City of Elgin will hold its annual End of Summer Bash this Saturday, August 10th, at Festival Park in downtown Elgin.
Back by popular demand, the End of Summer Bash focuses on families and school-aged kids.
Be immersed in “Candy Land” in Festival Park. Walk around gumdrops, lollipops, and peppermint sticks as you play games and jump on inflatable bounce houses.
Live Music
Three bands will take to the stage Saturday:
- The Little Mermen, the ultimate Disney tribute show featuring favorite Disney characters performing great hits from Disney movies
- Stache, Pop hits and 80’s rock anthems
- Lover, a Taylor Swift tribute band
Residents and visitors are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and blankets to Festival Park, 132 South Grove for End of Summer Bash from 5:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. This event is free and open to the public. In the case of bad weather, the event will be cancelled.
