Initially a celebration of anything grown on a vine, the festival now revolves around food and wine. The main event will be held on S. Fourth and James streets. The West Chicago Park District’s annual Taco & Art Fest will be held on August 19 starting at 3:00pm at the Arc Center in Reed- Keppler Park.
