A Chicago man and two juvenile males are in custody after being arrested for burglary by Naperville police early Friday morning following tips received from the public. On Friday at 5:53am, the Naperville Police Department responded to the 1500 block of Westminster Drive after being informed about a suspicious subject pulling on car door handles. Held by the Aurora Downtown group, the Food Truck Festival will fill Benton Street from River Street to Broadway with a wide variety of food vendors from 5 to 9pm. An unidentified man is in hospital after an early-morning shooting on Elgin’s east side. At 12:10am this morning, Elgin police officers responded to the 600 block of Dover Drive for a reported shooting inside of a residence, where they found an adult male victim who was subsequently transported to an area hospital.
