In mid-January of last year, Harvey resident Edward J. McGee and three other men stole a car by force from a woman in a restaurant parking lot in the 1200 block of North Orchard Road, Aurora. In the course of the theft, the woman was shot by one of the thieves. She will remain paralyzed for the rest of her life. Kane County State’s Attorney Jamie L. According to a Batavia Police press release, no charges will be filed against a campus monitor who pinned a female student against a table in response to that student’s striking the head of another student multiple times during an argument. On Friday, October 21st, 2022 at approximately 1:17 PM, a verbal argument began between a female student and other students at a lunch table.
