The City of Aurora will hold the Daniel D. Dolan St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Sunday, March 16th, from 11:00am to 12:00pm.
It will step off at the corner of Water Street and Downer Place, head west on Downer, and end at Downer and Stolp Avenue.
The parade is part of the Annual Sham-ROCK the Block Celebration which also includes abd Irish Flag Raising Ceremony, which will occur immediately following the parade in front of the G.A.R. Museum (20 East Downer Place) on Downer Place. The Dolan Family will lead the City in raising the Irish Flag.
Following the event, restaurants and bars will be open throughout the Downtown area for parade-goers to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!
