Featured selections of Craft Beers created by local Fox Valley area brewing companies.

Deep-Seeded Blood Orange Flavored IPA
ABV 6.7%. Deep-Seeded brings two citrus worlds together in one great beer, with the fresh, bold fruit flavors of blood orange, pomelo, and lime and the juicy resinous citrus hop notes of a traditional craft-brewed IPA. It’s bright, biting orchard aromas make it ripe for the picking!
Available year round on draft and in 12 oz cans.

Strawberry Ruthbarb Sour
ABV 4.6%. Our Berliner Weisse with 450 lbs of fruit puree added to ensure a robust flavor profile. This sour balances the natural sweetness of strawberries with the bright tartness of rhubarb. We named this beer in honor of Diane’s mother, Ruth, celebrating her lifelong love of
strawberry-rhubarb pie.

Shandylands American Wheat Ale
Welcome to Shandylands, the land of summer sips and lakeside dips! We brewed this American Wheat Ale with lemonade to hit that mid-summer-thirst spot. And at just 4.5% ABV, you can crush through a few while enjoying your favorite summer activities. Available on tap and in 4-packs to-go at our St. Charles brewery.

SMRT SMRT
SMRT SMRT is our latest Candy Beer. Lightly tart, super fruity, and BRIGHT BLUE, this Blue Raspberry Sour Ale has a touch of lactose to help remind us of our favorite lollipops. Nostalgic, refreshing, and a beer that will totally make you SMRT! 6.0% ABV.

Pollyanna Brewing & Distilling
106 S Riverside Ave.
St. Charles, IL 60174

Golden Boots
7.7%ABV. A hazy IPA bursting with juicy El Dorado hops, delivering vibrant notes of tropical fruit, pear, and stone fruit worthy of the summer’s biggest international soccer stage. Inspired by the race for soccer’s most prestigious scoring honor, this limited-release is crafted for fans chasing glory from the opening whistle to the final match. Available at the Penrose Taproom and select hyper-local retailers.

Penrose Brewing

Geneva, IL 60134

Pheasantly Surprised
Known for their refreshing cucumber and watermelon rind aroma, the pheasantback was a natural pairing with a dry and highly drinkable farmhouse ale base. Light-bodied, effervescent, and popping with citrusy aromas, this beer melds expressive Belgian yeast character with bright melon freshness, creating a rustic, yet refreshing table beer, punching far bigger than its 4.2% ABV.

Available on tap & in 4-packs at both Brother Chimp Brewing locations. St Charles & North Aurora.
