Note: This is the latest in a weekly series from Anderson Humane spotlighting wonderful animals currently looking for a “forever home.” We encourage you to support Anderson Humane and it’s tireless efforts to care for our animal friends and place them in loving homes. For more information please visit https://ahconnects.org/.

Meet Daisy!

Daisy is a sweet, happy-go-lucky girl with an energetic personality and a heart full of love. She enjoys making new dog friends and is always excited to learn new tricks—especially when treats are involved! She’s a smart pup who thrives on enrichment activities that let her sniff, solve puzzles, and work for her favorite snacks.

When she’s not showing off her skills, you’ll find Daisy happily chewing on a bone or tossing her stuffed toys high into the air for her own entertainment. She loves attention from everyone she meets and is always ready to soak up pets and affection.

Daisy has also been very polite around the shelter cats and has shown promising signs that she could share a home with a feline friend, provided they’re introduced slowly and thoughtfully.

If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate companion who will keep you smiling and happily join you for adventures, playtime, and cuddle breaks, Daisy just might be your perfect match!

For more information, email bloomingdale@ahconnects.org or call us at 847-697-2880 x: 90, and the staff will be happy to help you.

All of our dogs and puppies go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested (for dogs 7 months and older). They are also up to date on core vaccines, as well as heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Each adoption includes a 3.5-pound bag of dog or puppy food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.

Percy

Percy is a handsome 1-year-old brown tabby with a gentle soul and a curious heart. While he may be a little shy at first, Percy is slowly learning that people can be pretty great — especially when head scratches are involved. Once he feels comfortable, his playful and friendly side starts to shine through.

Sweet, curious, and full of potential, Percy is the kind of cat who will make a wonderful companion for a patient and loving home.

Stop in and meet my cute self in person during our adoption hours. For more information, email info@ahconnects.org or call us at 847-697-2880 x: 90, and the staff will be happy to help you.
