Spring Rejuvenation Maibock
Spring is finally here and with it, Maibock season arrives! Our traditional German-style spring lager is made with all German hops, grain, and yeast to closely mimic the beers made overseas. In fact, we even recreate the mineral content of the water we use to resemble that of our European counterparts! The result is a strong (6.7% ABV), clear lager with low bitterness and a smooth, clean finish. Hoist a half liter pour on our patio all May long!

We took our multi award winning American Lager, “Lite Thinking,” and added Orange and Amaretto making it reminiscent of our favorite day drinking cocktail, The Lunchbox.
