Featured selections of Craft Beers created by local Fox Valley area brewing companies.

Holiday in Bruges
ABV: 7.3%. Style: Belgian-Style Holiday Ale. Holiday in Bruges is a Belgian-style Holiday Ale, brewed with coriander, cinnamon and orange peel. The baking spices provide a holiday twist to this amber Belgian, which has a malty base, full of caramel notes and blueberry esters. Available on tap & in 4-packs at both our North Aurora & St Charles locations.

North Aurora, IL 60542

303 N. 4th Street, Suite A
St. Charles, IL 60174

Snow Boots
Hazy Winter IPA – 7.7% ABV
The temperature isn’t the only thing freezing around here, our hops are too. Using hops processed in a Cryo Process that concentrates the hop goodies, we are able to maximize our aroma compounds and limit the green matter and bitterness / harshness that can come with, including Cryo HBC 630 and Cryo Pop® Blend. Snow Boots debuted a couple years ago to a great reception and is a bigger, more hop aromatic version of our Goofy Boots. Available at your local craft beer retailer and the Penrose taproom now.

Sweater Paws
Vanilla & Coffee Blonde Ale – 5.2% ABV. Sweater Paws has us cozying up this winter in our favorite oversized sweaters and blankets. This Blonde Ale has Vanilla and Tugboat Coffee’s Single Origin Guatemala roast added. Lightly hopped at 15 IBU, this beer is meant to resemble an easy drinking Vanilla Latte. No lactose was added to this beer.

Pollyanna Brewing & Distilling
106 S Riverside Ave.
St. Charles, IL 60174

Naiad’s Heart Vanilla Porter
Riverlands brewed this very special Vanilla Porter in support of our friends at Big Hearts of Fox Valley, who work to strengthen the foundation of our local St. Charles community by aiding families facing financial hardship. This early winter release is part of our “Naiad’s” series of beers created and brewed by the women of Riverlands and our charity partners! Available on tap and in 16oz 4-packs to-go at our St. Charles taproom starting on Thursday, December 11th, when we open at noon.

St. Charles, IL 60174

Rugged Coalminer
Robust Porter 5.9% ABV. A rich, chocolatey, Robust Porter. It pours like the perfect shot of espresso, dark and rich, with a creamy head. The smooth caramel body softly balances the chocolate coffee-like notes. You’ll be surprised how smooth this beer really is. So, put down your lamp, take off your helmet and enjoy this beer. Surely its robust enough for the toughest Coalminer.
