Hampton Water Rosé, Languedoc, France – $20.99
Summer isn’t over! We will be pouring this award-winning and easy to drink rosé on our sunny patio all through September. Be sure to stop by Geneva Wine Cellars during Festival of the Vine for a featured tasting.

Musician Jon Bon Jovi, his son Jesse Bongiovi and famed French winemaker Gérard Bertrand developed a shared vision; to create a unique rosé. Fresh and lively, with soft notes of strawberry, and citrus. Traditional South of France blend of Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Grenache. The wine captures the spirit shared between the Hamptons and the South of France: enjoying life and a good bottle of wine to share with friends. You are invited to live the rosé experience and dive into Hampton Water rosé.

Demeter
Demeter, the Greek goddess of the harvest, was revered as the giver of growth and the keeper of the seasons. She embodies the earth’s abundance, the cycles of planting and reaping, and the deep connection between land and life. Our Demeter wine pays tribute to her spirit—a celebration of nature’s gifts and the beauty that comes with each harvest.

Crafted in a Spanish style, this wine reflects the richness of its inspiration, carrying notes of red cherry, ripe strawberry, and a subtle touch of smoke. Balanced with a dry finish, medium body, and gentle oak influence, it offers a graceful complexity that mirrors the cycles of earth itself. At 13% alcohol, it is vibrant yet refined, inviting you to slow down and savor.

Demeter is more than a wine; it is a symbol of gratitude for the soil, the sun, and the seasons that make each vintage possible. Just as the goddess nourished humankind with the fruits of the earth, this wine invites you to enjoy the harvest in its purest form.

Lynfred Symphony 2024: A Composition in a Glass
Some wines are created to stand out; others, to bring balance. Symphony is both.

This distinctive grape variety was born in the mid-20th century at UC Davis, a cross between Muscat of Alexandria and Grenache Gris. Designed to thrive in California’s warm Central Valley, Symphony quickly proved itself a star performer, flourishing in regions like Lodi and the Sierra Foothills. Its name is no accident—Symphony is celebrated for its captivating aromatics, often lending floral lift and tropical brightness when blended into white wines.

At Lynfred Winery, however, we believe Symphony deserves the spotlight all to itself. Our Symphony 2024 showcases this grape’s full charm, offering a vibrant medley of fragrant blossoms and lush tropical fruit. Light, refreshing, and endlessly inviting, it’s the kind of wine that seems made for golden afternoons on the patio, leisurely picnics, or the easy joy of summer evenings with friends.

Priced at $25, this harmonious white is now available directly to Wine Club Members from the winery at www.lynfredwinery.com. The Symphony will be available to the public December 1, 2025.
