Billy Bricks
In honor of National Ice Cream Month, Billy Bricks® (a family-owned pizzaria, celebrating 20 years in 2025) is rolling out its vintage 1958 Ford Ice Cream Bar Truck to make surprise stops across Chicago on July 1, handing out FREE Moo Joe’s ice cream to the public. Fans can request a truck stop in their neighborhood via Moo Joe’s site. The super-premium, award-winning Moo Joe’s® can be found in almost all Billy Bricks® locations.

Moo Joe’s offers super-premium ice cream made from a 14% butterfat mix, 35-40% overrun, cane sugar and small farm Wisconsin milk. This along with a uniquely blended recipe is what makes the ice cream so rich, creamy and smooth. It’s also what makes the ice cream a consistent winner through the World Dairy Expo, LA International Dairy Competition and National Ice Cream Retailers Association.
