And to accompany the experience is the handpicked wine list–curated by owner and sommelier, Lawrence Colburn–who loves to pair wine with food. The endless combinations of the sharable dishes with an approachable wine list, local bears and carefully crafted cocktails keeps the adventure fresh.
At the heart of Preservation is live music, and their nomination as one of the best music venues in Kane proves they take that seriously. With performances almost every night of the week, they have a rotating mix of talented local, Chicago and visiting artists.
