The 6th Annual East Dundee Oktoberfest will be held on Friday, September 27, from 5pm to 10PM and Saturday, September 28 from 1pm to 10pm. 

Friday, September 27

Live Music on the Big Stage

The Polkaholics – 5:00pm to 7:00pm – Playing a high-speed collision of polka and rock ‘n roll! High energy & FUN!!! 

Who’s Bad…The Michael Jackson Experience – 7:30pm to 10:00pm – Who’s Bad’s live performance is an unrivaled celebration of pop music’s one true King…..Michael Jackson! Whether you idolized the Jackson 5, fell in love to Human Nature, or learned to moonwalk to Billie Jean, Who’s Bad is the ultimate music-and-dance driven Michael Jackson homage.

Scarecrow Display & Contest (Participants are East Dundee Businesses and area Organizations)

Vote by giving your favorite scarecrow a “LIKE” or “LOVE” on the Oktoberfest Facebook Page

All photos will be posted on September 26. Voting ends on Sunday, September 29 at Noon.

Saturday, September 25

Live Music on the Big Stage

ED WAGNER’S BRASS BAND – 2:00-4:00pm – Playing a mix of Traditional German and American Polka songs to have you dancing to all the Oktoberfest favorites!

LP VINYL’S ESCAPE, JOURNEY TRIBUTE – 5:00-7:00pm – LP Vinyl brings their exciting and energetic tribute to Journey – to East Dundee!!

THE PRINCE EXPERIENCE – 8:00-10:00pm – A Tribute to Prince!! Gabriel Sanchez fronts the country’s most dynamic Prince Tribute Band. The Prince Experience will be Playing all of the greatest hits!!

ACTIVITIES

FREE Inflatables Fun – 2:00-9:00pm 

Scarecrow Display & Contest – 1:00pm to 10:00pm (Participants are East Dundee Businesses and area Organizations)

Touch-A-Truck – 2:00pm to 4:00pm

FREE Face Painting byThe Funky Brush & Palette – 2:30pm to 5:30pm

FREE Balloon Twisting – 2:30pm to 5:30pm

Scarecrow Stilt Walker – 4:30-6:30pm

Beer Stein Holding Contest – 7:00pm  (Contest to take place in front of the Big Stage)

Entrance is free. In addition to street parking around the downtown area, there are public lots located at 311 Barrington Ave, off of Main St/Rt 72 next to Dairy Queen/Dundee Music and behind Duke’s BBQ/the Caboose (enter from Railroad or Hill St.) There is also FREE event parking located at the AT&T parking lot at Jackson & Water Streets.

Need handicap accessible parking? You can find it immediately across from the festival grounds at 311 Barrington.
