On Thursday, September 12th, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, PADS of Elgin will hold its second annual “Hops for Homes” Oktoberfest, a festive celebration aimed at supporting its mission to end homelessness. The event will take place on at Elgin Public House, located at 219 East Chicago Street, in Elgin.
Come for an evening of delightful brews and hearty fare as over 20 craft beer samples from a variety of local microbreweries will be showcased, including Riverlands Brewing, Alter Brewing, Pipeworks Brewing, among others, plus a selection of beverages from Elgin Beverage Company. This year’s Oktoberfest will feature a diverse selection of craft beers, offering something to please every palate. Complementing the brews will be a delectable array of German food created by Elgin Public House, providing a true taste of Oktoberfest.







In addition to the exceptional beer and food, attendees will have the chance to win exciting raffle prizes and enjoy other fun activities throughout the night. Hops for Homes not only promises a great time but also provides an opportunity to support a worthy cause. Proceeds from the event will directly benefit PADS of Elgin’s ongoing efforts to provide shelter and support for those experiencing homelessness.
