Symphony
Looking for a wine that evokes the warmth and vibrancy of a California afternoon right here in Illinois? Look no further than our Symphony, a delightful white wine brimming with sunshine in every sip. From the moment you uncork the bottle, you’ll be transported to a lush California vineyard. The Symphony opens with a captivating bouquet, bursting with bright notes of ripe pineapple, juicy white peach, and delicate jasmine. Subtle hints of honeysuckle weave through the aroma, adding a touch of elegance to this inviting fragrance. The first sip of Symphony is a delightful dance on the palate. Mouthwatering flavors of Granny Smith apple, apricot, and honey tantalize the taste buds, leaving a clean and balanced finish. This medium-bodied wine boasts a refreshing acidity (0.63g/100ml) that keeps it lively, while the absence of oak allows the pure fruit character to shine through.

Bodega Lanzaga – LZ 2021
Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha, Rioja, Spain, 2021 – $24.99. Telmo Rodríguez founded Bodega Lanzaga in 1998 in the subzone of Rioja Alavesa with a focus on field-blended native varieties. LZ, or the ‘Little Lanzaga,’ is an unoaked expression of the native grapes of the region; a ‘pure’ and approachable young wine, vinted as a democratic tribute to the grape growers of the 1920s. As Telmo puts it, “we wanted to keep alive that memory of taste.” Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha. Organic!
