Truchard Cabernet Sauvignon
Carneros, Napa Valley, 2021 – $34.99. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is planted in several different sites on steep, southwestern facing hillsides. The vines range from 19 – 42 years and produce wines that are deep in color and dominated by lush flavors of plum, berry and spice. Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec are blended in to provide additional softness, structure and complexity.

Bootlegger Red
Bootlegger Red is a bourbon barrel aged red blend featuring a delicate nose of plum and dark chocolate. On the palette you will get notes of black cherries, leather, and vanilla swirling together in this fruit forward red. The delicate bourbon finish leaves you with the classic toasted caramel notes you’d expect from your favorite bourbon. Grilled or smoked meats or vegetables would be the perfect pairing, so make sure you have a few bottles on hand when you light up that grill for the first time this year!

Lynfred Winery’s 2023 Chardonnay
Lynfred Winery’s 2023 Chardonnay, hails from the picturesque coastal mountain vineyards nestled in the Casablanca Valley of Chile. Here, the vines thrive under the gentle caress of cool marine winds from the Pacific Ocean and draw nourishment from the distinctive quartz granitic soils that define the region. Crafted with precision, our wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled low temperatures, followed by a delicate aging process over its fine lees for 3 months. This method infuses the wine with added texture and a delightful creaminess. Furthermore, a small portion of the blend matures gracefully in French oak barrels for up to 4 months, enhancing its depth and complexity.

Delight in this Chardonnay offering fragrant hints of jasmine, pear, and white peach, with subtle toasted almond undertones. Its palate reveals peach, pineapple, and pear juice notes accented by butter and vanilla hints, finishing with a creamy, refreshing fruitiness. Pair with lobster, scallops, or Brie for a culinary delight.
