Campton Hills Chiropractor Accused Of Sexually Assulting Patient

A chiropractor practicing in Campton Hills is in custody for allegedly sexually assaulting one his of patients.

The 49-year-old South Elgin man has been charged by Kane County State’s Attorney Jamie L. Mosser with the offenses of Criminal sexual assault, class 1 felony, 2 counts; Criminal sexual abuse, class 4 felony, 2 counts; and Battery, class A misdemeanor, 2 counts.

It is alleged that on December 20, 2023, the suspect sexually assaulted a patient of his at his chiropractic office in Campton Hills.

He is being detained in the Kane County jail while his case is pending. His next court appearance is scheduled for today at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 311 at the Kane County Judicial Center.
