Featured selections of Craft Beers created by local Fox Valley area brewing companies.

    Bourbon Barrel-Aged 20W50 Imperial Stout
If you are a fan of Buffalo Trace and Stout beer, then you are in luck with this one. 93 Octane Brewery has taken their already dark, rich, and full-bodied 2023 – 20W50 Stout and aged it in Buffalo Trace Barrels for 18 months. This special barrel was hand-picked by the 93 Octane Crew and the flavor profile is amazing. Not only do you have the full-bodied notes of the 20W50 Stout but strong notes of caramel, wood, coffee, and Buffalo Trace Bourbon hints throughout every glass. This is one of the 20W50 Imperial Stouts this brewery has to offer this season and it will only be around for a limited time. Available on draft in the taproom and 2-pack 16oz cans. Stop by 93 Octane Brewery’s taproom located at 1825 Lincoln Hwy, St. Charles, and experience the flavors for yourself.

    ChanterHelles
Style: Helles Lager with Chanterelles. ABV: 4.9%. ChanterHelles is a helles lager brewed with locally foraged chanterelle mushrooms. We start with a simple, clean and malty German helles recipe and add in one season’s worth of chanterelles, which provide a unique character of apricot and peach on the nose, melded with a touch of pepper and a long, fruity finish. The chanterelles also provide a boost in the body of the beer, which is unfiltered and does not contain any fining agents, to allow the full flavor of the mushrooms to take center stage. This is a beer concocted out of love for our local terroir, and a desire to infuse some of that unique character into the beer we brew. The beer is currently available on tap and a limited amount in cans to go.

    Taproom IPA
7.1% ABV. One of the first IPAs that we released and always a local favorite in our Taproom, we decided to share it with some of our neighbors. Taproom IPA enters a new era by throwing it back to the time of West Coast IPAs by switching up to a clean American Ale yeast, adding in a touch of Citra® hops and a balance of Caramel Malt to give a rounder complement
to the dry finish. Strong resinous hop bite from the Michigan grown Chinook hops and tropical citrus Citra® aromas abound in our year round clear IPA.

    Hop Water
Our January Beer of the Month is our 0% ABV, 0 Calorie, 0 Carb Hop Water! In the spirit of Dry January for those that participate, we created the beer experience with none of the alcohol. Made with Nectaron and El Dorado hops, our Hop Water is full of hop flavor with very little bitterness. Give it a try as a beer substitute or a refreshing alternative to sparkling water.

First up in the series is Cocktail Hour: Painkiller, dripping with real pineapple, orange, and cream of coconut. NO LACTOSE is added despite the creamy mouthfeel that helps balance the 8% ABV. Wobble
There are times we all need to wobble on the edge of very hoppy. Two Brothers Wobble is here to support that need! Big citrus and pine hop notes hold up the 70 IBU bitterness in our bold expression of a West Coast IPA. Style: West Coast IPA. Appearance: Pale Golden. Aroma: Dank, Citrus, and Pine. Format: 4-pack 16 oz cans, Draft ½ Barrels and 1/6 Barrels.
