The 154th Kane County Fair, which takes place July 12-July 16 at the Kane County Fairgrounds, has released its music lineup for the Miller Lite Soundstage.
Getting things started on Thursday from 7pm-9pm is the Pino Farina Band. Adult-alternative rockers, Pino Farina Band is known for showmanship & high-energy performances as well as tender, intimate songs. Lead singer/lyricist Pino Farina’s powerhouse voice is his true instrument and is often compared to that of late indie-artist Jeff Buckley’s.
On Friday, the music begins at 5pm with The Two Beer Tommy Band. Hailed as one of “Northern Illinois’ greatest fun time band with roots in modern country, blues, old time classic rock, and traditions of American rock music.
Next up, at 8pm, is The Breakfast Club, a high-energy rock/dance 80’s tribute band that brings down the house with its spontaneous, exuberant singalongs.
Saturday night brings Hillbilly Rockstarz to the stage at 8:30pm. Country and rock n’ roll music. Adding genres and mashing up influences from Pop, Rock and Dance combined with their high energy music keeps fans dancing all night long.
Sunday opens up at 4pm with Dry County Line, a classic blend of all styles of country and western music: outlaw, honkytonk, and a whole lot of harmonies.
Finally, at 7pm, Hi Infidelity closes out the festivities, playing music of all types, but mostly 80’s rock like Journey, REO, Bon Jovi and Boston. The band prides itself on recreating the songs as you know them.
