DuPage Children’s Museum inspires families to laugh, learn, and love spending time together. Every visit is an adventure that will spark curiosity, nurture creativity, and lead to new discoveries. Through exhibits, programs, and special events, every experience is designed to help children develop a strong foundation in critical thinking, problem solving, and confidence — to become resilient, lifelong learners.

Let your child take the lead and show you what they can do. Make a splash in AWEsome Water, create a work of art in The Studio, build with real tools in the Construction House, feel the wind on your face in AWEsome Air, roll through Make it Move, explore light and shadow in Creativity Connections, and enclose the entire family in one giant bubble! The youngest learners can exercise both mind and body in Young Explorers, specially designed spaces for children ages birth – 2 years. Refuel for more play in the Bean Sprouts Café located on the Museum’s lower level.

Mark your calendar for upcoming special events. Celebrate all things MESSY and experience DCM ooey-er, gooey-er, and sloppy-er than ever before during Mess Fest on Saturday, June 24. Guests are invited to dive in, get dirty, and come dressed for a mess. Start your engines and shift into gear for Transportation Zoo on Saturday, July 22. Get up close to some exciting vehicles at this family-favorite Touch-A-Truck event. On Saturday, August 12 celebrate the start of the school year with hands-on activities that highlight everyone’s favorite subjects from A–Z.

The Museum offers parties and private events too! If you’re looking to host an easy and memorable experience, look no further. Party and event packages are flexible to fit individual needs. Rain or shine, it’s party time at DCM.

The power of play abounds for all audiences at DuPage Children’s Museum. Kids and adults alike will play, learn, and have a blast exploring the many opportunities the Museum has to offer.
