No, this is not taking place in the Fox Valley. It’s actually in upstate New York at the Wolf Conservation Center, non-profit organization that promotes wolf conservation by teaching about wolves and their role in our world.
Fox Valley Magazine has its very own wolf, Zephyr (not shown, although he looks rather like the fellow in the photo above), at this conservatory. (Ok, he’s “ours” in the sense that we donate to support Zephyr and we’re kept informed on how he’s doing.)
