Detectives from the Elgin Police Department’s Major Investigations Division are attempting to identify the individual in the photographs below regarding a robbery that occurred last Monday evening (December 6th) near the Elgin Transportation Center.
The subject was observed leaving westbound on foot. He is described to be a Caucasian or Hispanic male, last seen wearing a gray or green zipped-up hooded jacket, a dark face covering with a skull pattern, black pants, and black shoes.
