A new entrant has emerged in the increasingly popular Farmers Market marketplace.
The new Campton Square Farmers Market, which began just this month, is a traditional outdoor market with locally raised produce , artisan foods, meat, poultry, eggs, cheese, breads, baked goods, artisan crafts and jewelry.
The market is open on Wednesdays from 8am to 1pm in the Campton Square parking lot on the east side of La Fox Road just south of Rte 64 in Campton Hills, 40W 115 Campton Crossings.
It offers a wide variety of vendors ranging from farmers, bakers, cheese, fish, pet treats, flowers and artisan crafts.
Initial vendors include Pasek Farms, Rose Hill Farm, Bloom and Bread, Grandma’s Farm, C&W Market and Peivisions the Fish Guy, Crumbles, Mala’s Kitchen, Chef Heatley’s Hot Pepper Farm, K-9 Dog Treats, Fishy Greens Farms, Tastefully Simple, Fulbuschel Farms, Pinot’s Pallet and more.
Made to order foods are also available from Chime and Stave, a Campton Square Restaurant with Chef Enzo grilling fresh from the market grab-and-go gourmet dishes.
