Featured selections of Craft Beers created by local Fox Valley area brewing companies.

Northwind Imperial Stout
(9.1% ABV). Full-bodied and flavorful, Northwind offers a warming sensation with robust notes of roasted coffee and chocolate, perfect for enjoying during winter nights by a roaring fire. If you’re a fan of Northwind, make sure to try its variants, exclusively available at Two Brothers Tap House and Roundhouse! Cherry Northwind (9.1% ABV) is crafted with Door County cherry juice, while our new Barrel Aged Northwind (11% ABV) ages for 12 months in our own Two Brothers Artisan Spirits bourbon barrels.

Pastry Power Peach Cobbler
Nothing brings back holiday memories like the smell of sweet desserts fresh from the oven.
Pastry Power Peach Cobbler is a seasonal fruited sour ale that takes you right back to the kitchen with layers of real peach puree, a hint of cinnamon, and a touch of lacose to add a creamy, rich texture. 6% ABV. Available on draft and in 4-packs of 16oz cans to-go at our St. Charles brewery.

“Very Keen”
English Brown Ale – 4.6% ABV. A classic English Brown Ale with Maris Otter, Brown Malt, English Crystal, and Pale Chocolate for a lower ABV, malty, sessionable beer. A kiss of American Noble Simcoe hops give it a taste of modern American hops without straying too far from tradition.

Pollyanna Brewing & Distilling

St. Charles, IL 60174

Penrose Snow Boots
Hazy Winter IPA, The temperature isn’t the only thing freezing around here, our hops are too. Using hops processed in a Cryo Process that concentrates the hop goodies, we are able to maximize our aroma compounds and limit the green matter and bitterness / harshness that can come with. Snow Boots debuted a couple years ago to a great reception and is a bigger, more hop aromatic version of our Goofy Boots.

Penrose Brewing

Geneva, IL 60134

French Vanilla Turbo
Turbo was brought into the shop for an upgrade, we installed French Vanilla to smooth out the awesome performance of this amazing porter powered by Modest Coffee Roaster. That same great coffee porter with all the rich and chocolatey characteristics of a traditional porter but with an extra boost of craft-brewed Modest Coffee. Coming in at 7% AVB. French Vanilla Turbo – Coffee Porter is only available in the taproom for a limited time. Make plans to stop in soon. Cheers!
