The St. Charles Police issued a public request today in an attempt to identify a package thief caught on video recently in St. Charles. It is the second such incident caught on video surveillance and any information would be useful.

According to the department, on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at about 2 p.m., an unknown female suspect removed a package from a porch located in the 300 block of S. 7th Street. The incident was captured on the homeowner’s video surveillance system.

On Friday, November 12, at about 1 p.m., a person police believe is the same unknown female suspect removed a package from a porch located in the 500 block of Wing Lane.

The suspect in each incident appears to be a white female wearing white flip-flop sandals. The suspect also appears to be driving a black or dark colored 4-door sedan (unknown make/model).

Here are additional photos of the suspect provided by the St. Charles Police Department.
