New Clubhouse is Set to Open in June 2026
Established in 1908, it is the oldest nine-hole municipal golf course in Illinois.
This superior golf course offers something for everyone. Expert players with only a couple of hours to spare or the amateur just beginning to learn their swing will all enjoy a day at Wing Park Golf Course. Play the course that generations have played, with holes called “The Lark”, “Purgatory”, “Speedway”, or “A Wee Drop”, Wing Park Golf Course has remained true to its heritage. Holes are regulation in length and the greens, postage stamp in size, challenge any ball striker to get it close. A few bunkers and a small water feature are the only obstacles on the course.
New Clubhouse
Wing Park Golf Course is entering a new era of leisure and excitement with the construction of our impressive clubhouse, boasting 4,300-square-feet of main floor space. Set to open in June of 2026, this state-of-the-art facility will feature the inviting Chip Shots Whiskey Bar, three indoor golf hitting bays located in our versatile three-season room, and three advanced golf simulator bays designed for year-round practice and play.
Enhancing the experience even further, we’re planning a spacious outdoor seating plaza nestled between the new and existing clubhouses—perfect for relaxing and socializing after a round. Plus, our very own unique Chip Shots Food Truck will bring even more delicious options right to the fairway. Discover how Wing Park is redefining golf, gathering, and good times—one swing at a time.
Golf clubs and gas powered golf carts are available for rent.
Tee times are recommended, especially on the weekend.
