According to a post on its Chicago Facebook page, the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) is seeking assistance in identifying a suspect involved in the November 8 armed bank robbery at US Bank in St. Charles.
The FBI also posted photos of the suspect from surveillance cameras at the bank. The photos show a masked man in a camouflage hoodie and Chicago Bears baseball cap holding a handgun.

The bank, located at 135 Smith Road on St. Charles’ east side, was robbed by an armed offender Saturday around noon, according to a release by the St. Charles Police Department.
According to the release, at approximately 12:05pm Saturday, officers responded to a report of an armed robbery which had just occurred. Officers were quickly on-scene and learned the offender was last seen leaving the bank on foot. A thorough search of the area was conducted, but the offender was not located.
No information as to the amount stolen has been released.
Representatives from the FBI were immediately notified and, as per protocol for all bank robberies in the United States, they have taken over the investigation.
