Note: This is the latest in a weekly series from Anderson Humane spotlighting wonderful animals currently looking for a “forever home.” We encourage you to support Anderson Humane and it’s tireless efforts to care for our animal friends and place them in loving homes. BIANCA

Meet Bianca! Bianca is our radiant ray of sunshine, a gentle soul with an irresistible smile that seems to grow brighter every time she meets someone new. Her happiness is contagious; you can’t help but feel uplifted when she flashes that beaming grin of hers.

This lovable pup is a magnet for affection and truly thrives on the attention of those around her. Whether you’re a lifelong friend or a new acquaintance, Bianca will shower you with warmth and friendliness, always eager for a good head rub or a gentle scratch behind the ears.

Her gentle nature and unwavering enthusiasm for human companionship make her the perfect furry friend for anyone seeking a bit of extra joy in their lives. With Bianca around, you’ll always have someone who’s excited to see you, ready to brighten your day with her heartwarming smile and boundless affection.

Stop in and meet my cute self in person during our adoption hours. For more information, email info@ahconnects.org or call us at 847-697-2880 x: 0, and the staff will be happy to help you.

Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7 months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.

    BERNADETTE

Bernadette is a beautiful female tabby cat with a shy soul and the potential to become a deeply devoted companion. She’s still learning to fully trust people, but her progress so far has been truly heartwarming. While she’s not a fan of being picked up just yet, she’s started to enjoy gentle head scratches, eventually lifting her back for those oh-so-satisfying tail and back rubs. She even gives a sweet little nuzzle to your hand as a thank-you!

Bernadette prefers to observe her surroundings from a safe spot—her favorite being a cozy bathtub where she can peek over the edge like she’s playing hide-and-seek. She’s a neat girl who uses the litter box perfectly and prefers crunchy dry food paired with a good drink of water. While she hasn’t yet mastered the art of grooming, she’s just waiting for the right, patient human to help her feel secure enough to settle in completely.

She may thrive with the companionship of another confident cat to help show her the ropes. Once she bonds with her chosen human, she’s likely to stick to them like Velcro. If you have a quiet home and a big heart for gentle souls, Bernadette might just be your perfect match.

Stop in and meet Bernadette in person during our adoption hours. For more information, email info@ahconnects.org or call us at 847-697-2880 x: 0, and the staff will be happy to help you.

All of our cats and kittens go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on their core vaccines, as well as flea and tick preventatives. Each adoption also includes a 3.5-pound bag of Iams cat food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.
