According to survey company Niche.com, Naperville is again the Best City to Live in the US.
It should be noted that the ranking was limited to cities with a population of over 100,000 people.
Niche generates the Best Cities to Live rankings by using data from the U.S. Census, FBI, BLS, and CDC combined with millions of resident reviews. The company considers factors such as affordability, the local housing market, neighborhood diversity, area public schools, walkability, and more.

“Where you live shapes so many aspects of your life, from career opportunities to the sense of community you feel,” said Luke Skurman, CEO and founder of Niche. “At Niche, we are proud to provide rankings that empower people to make informed decisions based on what matters most to them, whether that’s great schools, affordability, or access to parks and local businesses. For over a decade, families, homebuyers, and professionals have turned to Niche as a trusted resource, and we remain committed to helping people discover the best places to live with confidence.”
Frankly, we are a bit skeptical of the rankings. Not because Naperville isn’t the cat’s meow, but because the hated Ann Arbor, Michigan is 11th on the list. With that kind of company….
Anyway, if you’re so inclined, here’s the list for your consideration.
