Get ready to sip, stroll, and celebrate Small Business Saturday with the Downtown Elgin Holiday Cheers Beverage Crawl.
On Saturday, November 30, over 20 local businesses in Downtown Elgin will each offer a unique holiday-inspired beverage between 10am and 6pm – the perfect way to support small businesses while indulging in the festive spirit.
Participants will find an array of holiday drinks, including Hot Cocoa topped with festive
additions, Holiday Cold Brew, Ponche Navideño, Non-Alcoholic Coquito, and more. Some
locations will offer optional beverage add-ins, such as a shot of alcohol or other unique treats,
for a small additional charge.
Tickets for this festive crawl are sold in the form of a commemorative “Holiday Cheers” insulated
cup, which serves as your ticket to taste at each location. Supplies are limited, so purchase
yours soon! Complimentary cups for children will be available at each participating business
(one per adult purchase), allowing little ones to join in the holiday fun with a kid-friendly
disposable cup.
At 5 p.m., participants are invited to gather in DuPage Court for Elgin’s annual tree lighting
ceremony, led by Mayor Kaptain and some very special guests. The ceremony is a community
favorite and the perfect way to wrap up the day of holiday cheer in Downtown Elgin.
