Wine selections available at local wine stores and wineries in the Fox Valley area.

    Bolle
This playful, sparkling wine is named with the Italian word Bolle, which means bubbles! It is a semi-sweet sparkling wine, carefully prepared in small batches. Much of the care and labor of this wine is done by hand as fermentation happens inside the bottle. We hand-turn the bottles daily, with an aging process of more than two years.

    Bootlegger Red
Bootlegger Red is a bourbon barrel aged red blend featuring a delicate nose of plum and dark chocolate. On the palette you will get notes of black cherries, leather, and vanilla swirling together in this fruit forward red. The delicate bourbon finish leaves you with the classic toasted caramel notes you’d expect from your favorite bourbon. Grilled or smoked meats or vegetables would be the perfect pairing, so make sure you have a few bottles on hand when you light up that grill for the first time this year!

    Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most widely recognized wine grapes in the world. Its popularity among growers is due in large part to its ability to thrive in a variety of climates. The sunny and refreshing Washington weather and characteristic volcanic and stony soil are especially ideal to produce grapes that lead into complex and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon wines. The final blend was crafted adding 5% of Alicante Bouschet wine to balance the tannins and add complexity to the wine.
