    Pollyanna Lexical Gap
West Coast IPA – 7.3% ABV. Sometimes, the English language just doesn’t have a word for something. There are words like YOLO, twerk, and OMG, but for some reason there isn’t a plural word for “you.” Sorry, but “ya’ll” or “youse” or even “you guys” doesn’t quite fill the lexical gap. Our Lexical Gap IPA is straight west coast, you guys (see what we did there?). Brewed with massive amounts of Citra, Centennial, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Columbus hops, finding a word to describe your gratification might be pretty tough. Most expletives, however, will probably suffice.

    106 S Riverside Ave.
    St. Charles, IL 60174

    Doc’s Irish Stout
Lucky for us, Doc was one lucky guy. Doc’s Irish Stout arrives each year with March in mind. The beer is named for our co-founder’s grandfather, whose good luck included avoiding a plane crash because he missed his cab to the airport. Low ABV at 5% but high on flavor, this stout is the perfect way to start wrapping up the winter season as we look ahead to Spring. Stop in for a nitro pour and take a 4-pack home.
