As it unfolds on the palate, it reveals a smooth mouthfeel complemented by refined tannins, leading to a well-supported finish. Sparkling Wine Brut
In celebration of the new year, we are sharing a dazzling Sparkling Brut born from the renowned Casablanca Valley in Chile. Renowned for its chilly climate and invigorating Pacific Ocean breezes, Casablanca Valley offers the ideal terroir for creating exquisite sparkling wines. Harvested during the crisp morning hours and early in the season, the grapes underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures, ensuring the preservation of freshness and fruity aromas. To enhance depth and complexity, a portion of the wine was aged in French oak barrels, infusing the blend with a touch of spiciness. The magic continued as the wine underwent a second fermentation in a high-pressure tank, imparting effervescence to every sip. A luxurious lees contact of approximately 8 months added layers of complexity and creaminess to the Lynfred Sparkling Wine Brut. Blend: 100% Chardonnay. Grower Region: Casa Blanca Valley, Chile. Available at www.lynfredwinery.com Have a GRAPE day!
